Shipping policy

White Venus phone cases are printed on demand by our production partner Printify and shipped directly to you from one of its print facilities, typically located in the United States, the United Kingdom or Europe. The facility is chosen to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Production time
Each case is made after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.
Delivery time
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom and European Union: 4–10 business days
- Canada and Australia: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world (including Armenia): 10–30 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during holidays, peak seasons, bad weather or customs processing. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You will see the full shipping cost before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may also add time to delivery.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update the address only before your order goes into production.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy or contact us at whitevenuscases@gmail.com with your order number.
